Yoga is renowned for harmonizing the mind, body and soul through exercise and breathing techniques. Yoga calms the mind, improves flexibility and enhances tone, whether it is active (Astanga, Vinyasa and Power Yoga) or passive (Hatha and Spiritual Yoga). BAYU SUCI (Balinese Taichi)
Benefit from this ancient, spiritual Balinese tradition that incorporates inner power with Balinese dance and exercise. Bayu Suci boosts metabolism, enhances the immune system, improves posture, flexibility and blood circulation, as well as promoting relaxation.

MEDITAION
Meditation is renowned for managing stress, refreshing and calming the mind and enhancing happiness, love and intuition. Let us support you with a range of meditation styles, including Giri Bhuana (health), Semadhi (enlightenment), Chakra (creative visualization) and Kundalini (opening the chakras).

PRANAYAMA (Breathing Excercise)
Pranayama, also known as Yoga breathing, is believed to be highly beneficial, improving oxygenation, lowering blood pressure, relaxing tension and quieting the nerves. Learn Pranayama with our skilled trainers.

CORE EXERCISES
Engage the torso muscles and strengthen your stability. Core muscles need to work as a unit, at the same time, across all joints in order to stabilize the spine. Some of the best core exercises are simple bodyweight exercises.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
An excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed in repetitions during a set time before moving on to the next exercise. Suitable for all fitness levels.

The above activities are conducted in a group session but we also offer private sessions. (At a charge)

PRIVATE ACTIVITY
Enjoy a private activities session at your convenient time, with the beauty of Bali as a backdrop, in your villa, Beachfront or Amphitheater. This session can be designed to work at the level that is most comfortable and beneficial for your body.
